Because this Site is operated by the City of Chattanooga, certain submissions and communications may be considered public records and may be subject to disclosure under the Tennessee Public Records Act, except where exemptions apply.
Open Records (City of Chattanooga): Submissions to this Site and related communications may be public records. To request City records under the Tennessee Public Records Act, please use the City’s Open Records Center.
