Walnut Street Bridge Construction Mitigation Grant

Mayor Tim Kelly is advancing the One Chattanooga priorities and investing in infrastructure important to Chattanoogans – such as the Walnut Street Bridge.

The City of Chattanooga’s Office of Economic Development is pleased to partner with Public Works and Parks and Outdoors to assist businesses impacted by the Walnut Street Bridge Renovation project.

The program provides financial assistance to businesses located within a quarter-mile of either end of the bridge. This grant is intended to help businesses that rely on foot traffic and tourism from the bridge manage challenges caused by construction.
